find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

There ia a diet pill that used to be prescription and now is sold over the counter at chemists. It starts with an X and is in a green box. It is approximately $120 per month. It works by removing any fat your body takes in. You are not going to like how and it is going to really inconvenience you. It gives you the runs the next day for any fat you have eaten the day before. And don't think that is going to happen only when you eat McDonalds or chocolate - bread has fat too.
Also eating small meals doesn't mean eat 3 small meals, it means you eat 5 small meals. This helps your stomach to shrink over time so you won't over eat.
Keeping busy will help you to not think about food. Sometimes you may eat out of boredom. While watching tv you may feel like snacking but if you are doing housework you won't be snacking.

A couple of suggestions: Try using a smaller plate, it won't be able to hold as much food, but the mind still thinks that you are eating a full plate worth of food. Consider replacing some of the food items with healthier options that have more fiber. . . fruits, veggies and beans all fill you up more and may significantly reduce caloric intake, without reducing the actual "size" of your meals. Attempt to reduce the amount of food only slightly over larger periods of time will ultimately get your portion sizes down. Premeasure your food before you make it.

I wont recommend diet pills but i know you can decrease your appetite by drinking 2 full glasses of water before each meal and in between meals.

Do your cardio more regularly. Popping pills does not help except profits for the seller. Do 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. And I am sure your body is going to change in time to come. Pills does not give you instant gratification either.

Maybe you should try green tea pills, they aren't really diet pills, more like vitamins. It's called Essential Boost
fat-burning supplement. I got them with my Zone Pilates DVD so I'm not exactly sure where they sell them by themselves but you can try zonepilates.com if you want to try them.
