Did you have your child tested for lead and how high was it? My pedi says that anything under 10 is considered okay. TIA!

You should have your child tested regularly if you live in a high lead area (every 6 -12 months). You can help by buying purified water from the grocery store to drink and cook with and keep your children from drinking bathwater and drinking from the tap, hose etc. But if the lead is high for some other reason than a contaminated water supply, there isn't much you can do but keep them out of the dirt and mud and get them tested regularly. I know that doesn't help much, good luck.
