This is a SCAM. They will next ask you to send an amount of money, such as $65 to $120 to take care of the paperwork before you get your money. Of course there is no money and they're that much richer. Imagine if a thousand people fell for this scam, which many do. They would amass a nice sum of 65 to 120 thousand. Run from this as fast as you can!
