Time is a great healer of all things ! Try not to dwell on things you have no control of ? Life gets us all down from time to time . Look around at what you do have ? Have you good friends who will support you ? Have you told them how you are feeling ? First step has been done by asking your question on here ! Second is to put down all the good things you can think of on one side & then all the negative on the other side , then see how they weigh up ? Things can look bleak now , but in time they will pale into insignificance , & you will wonder why you gave so much thought to them ? Good luck ! Things can & will improve with time !

I always remember that there is someone worse off than me and try to look at what is good with my life however small. My marriage is ending and everything looks awful but I have to remember I have a good family and friends around me. There is always light at the end of the tunnel, it's just hard to see it sometimes. Stay positive and don't let people bring you down.

You pray. You ask God to keep you in his favor. You find the inspiration to keep moving. I signed up for the inspirational reading from Joel Osteen's site. It seems when my job or my family or just the daily situation I am in is wearing me down, his reading give me hope that even though we have bad days, good days follow. And always find a good friend, who you can vent to, and can make you laugh.

Don't get stressed about it. A person can only take care of one thing at a time and the rest will have to wait until they get around to it.

Make a list of all your problems. Put them in order of importance. Solve one at a time. It is so much easier to deal with your problems individually, then to try to work on everything at once.
