Some dogs do this out of dominance but she is at the right age to maybe be coming into season, since he was older when he was desexed he may still get the urge to mate. He can still tie with a B*itch but won't produce puppies. I'd check if she is in season and if she is separate them as he will be getting quite stressed and excited being around her.

If you don;t have them neutered before sexual maturity there is a chance this will always happen. Especially when they are around a female in season. It may stop when you get the female spayed, but he may still show an interest in other females in heat.

He is showing her who's the boss - it's not sexual as such. You need to train him out of this pronto, using water spray or whatever your normal method of discipline is. You should get your puppy spayed now anyway, because all the uncut males in the district will make her life a misery otherwise.

Even though you had your male neutered he will still mat with your female when she comes into heat..just not produce any puppies. In order for you to stop that is to get your female also fixed.

That's funny! They must still get urges????
My female dog has a special cushion she gets intimate with every evening!
If you don't like the jrt doing it, make sure he doesn't have the opportunity.
