I downloaded a RAR file, and it tells me how to get the password, but the stormpay site says that it is not accepting new members. Does anyone know how else to get the password? Thanks in advance.

You can't, it's encrypted. If it were possible to get, there would be no reason to have a password. You should contact the person that made the file.

RAR files are almost impossible to crack, especially if created by newer versions, there are software that claims to crack them, but this could take days if not weeks, and the results are nil from my experience, I created a test file with an email address as password, set a dual-core P4/3.2 and left it running for a week, nothing.

Good luck, RAR password encryption is nearly impossible to decrypt. My only suggestion is to search for a brute force cracker, but you'll most likely get a virus instead.

Search first for "Torrent Search Engine" and when you found a few search them for "RAR Password Cracker". You need a Torrent client uTorrent is the easiest, BitTorrent is another popular one.
