not really going to be that simple and is gonna cost us more of our freedom. first off, there will be a charge, upwards of $5000, and the head of household must voluntarily return (to Mexico) to start the process. despite propaganda to the contrary most illegals around here anyway are agricultural workers. none of these families have $5000. and those that are not agricultural are still paid far less than regular citizens.
then there's the part makes me shudder. new employment rules to identify any applying for work. perhaps fine on the surface, but we all know the abuses of bureaucracy. just another government attempt to put numbers on our foreheads or something, turn us into droids.
this is a problem in america, there can be no denying. but this problem is much too big and convoluted for some simple quick fix to have any merit. and politicians are ill-prepared to solve this.

The whole proposal is a farce , if you raise the wages for the jobs that most illegals do then there would be no shortage of naturalized workers to fill them. The solution to the problem lies solely with the Mexican governments short changing their citizens by allowing US corporations( and others) to operate in there country without having to pay decent wages and with blatant disregard to their ecological and economical obligations. If the Mexican government took a stand for the people then few would uproot their families trying to seek a better life in other countries......

Maybe we should send all the illegal immigrants home as lawbreakers and stop rewarding illegal behavior? Otherwise we are welcoming into this country criminals? The Mexican population is exploding totally out of control, and their big-family mentality is the blame. They are making more babies then they could ever support or feed, and if we try and save them we will destroy ourselves in the process. That kind of population numbers will destroy any country.

I stay in El Paso, and that i have actually discovered others causes for no longer deporting some illegals. If the unlawful became once a resident yet did not recognize the thanks to resume his card, i imagine we could continuously listen his/her aspect of the tale. If an unlawful became further the following as a baby, he/she must have the right to contest being taken from the purely united states of america they recognize. If the unlawful has realized English, it shows that he/she is inspired and rather needs to grow to be an American. He/she could, a minimum of, be considered at the same time as one thinks of the attempt that became placed into growing bilingual. maximum persons balk on the note unlawful devoid of given any rational concept to reason. Illegals could be deported, yet a small percentage has valid claims.

no amnesty at all!!!! jail them, deport them but no amnesty, put a $25.00 bounty on every illegals head and see how many are reported for being here!!! everyone knows where they are at, clean out some of these larger cities first, then work on the smaller ones, hire more ice and ins agents to round these criminals up!!! call your Congress and tell them NO ON AMNESTY!!!

They wont come forward, people are dreaming.
I sort of like a couple of your suggestions but what do you mean" buy them into the Medicare system"? Social Security tax is only 6.2% so for example if you work a 40 hour week at $6.00 per hour that's $240.00 per week of that $14.88 x2( the employer must match) is SS, so basically they will be paying $119.04 per month into SS (half of that is the employer match) Can someone please explain how that offsets their costs?
