kay so im 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds and i really want to lose like 10-15 pounds. basically be fit. If i go on bike rides every morning for 2 hours or so on every saturday's and sunday's how many calories would i lose? and when would i start seeing result. like withen 3 weeks? how many pounds would i lose do you think?

i also play softball on thursday and saturdays. and im gonna start eating healthy. basically just giving up junk food which i have already basically and im gonna start eating yogurt for breakfeast and lunch maybe.

so basically when will i start seeing results. and how much pounds would i lose?

and i dont drink soda, i only drink water and green tea.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Cut down a little at a time on the snacks and amount of food you eat. First see if you can cut out the sweet drinks.

in other words earn to like to eat differently than yu are now.
