i was detected with hpv in my 1st pap test & in my 2nd?

& my 2nd pap test was normal.so does it mean hpv also went off? i had urine infection 2 months back & again this month i have symptoms like that itching,redness,etc.what can it be? is it becos of hpv inside me.becos we r trying for baby & after doing sex for 4/5 times i am having this problem for last 2months.pls help
