I tried to look at the menu and I don't ever see anything that is ramen. Just soups and rice. I want to know the name of a really good tasting ramen to order for lunch.

Get the Lo Mein or if you like something brothy, look for a dinner sized soup on the menu, which should be chock full of noodles.

Because the names of foods vary from restaurant to restaurant it may be hard to find anything called ramen. The term ramen has become so closely associated with the dry stuff you buy in the supermarket in the US that a lot of restaurants don't call them that on their menus.
Some other names they might use are rice noodles or soba noodles.
You can order Chow Fun which is a stir fried noodle dish with vegatables and /or meat and tell them you want thin noodles in it. Here in NY some restaurants call it Chow Mine Fun. Some places also offer Mandarin soups in large bowls with fine rice noodles as well.
You can also find similar dishes in Japanese, Korean, Thai, Burmese and Vietnamese restaurants but the best way to get what you want is to just tell your wait person you want something with ramen type or thin noodles. They probably do have something you'd like or would be happy to make up something for you.

Ramen is Japanese, if you are looking at a Chinese menu look for lo mien or chow mien. The lo mien are flash cooked in water and the Chow mien are fried.
