I'm a vegetarian myself and want to know foods that are not vegetarian. I mean, i know the basics, but things that you would think that aren't vegetarian. Could any one make a list or a give me a website? thanks so much

Just read labels when you're buying something and avoid any of these ingredients.

Gelatine, which is basically rendered down cow bones, is hidden in a lot of jelly sweets such as Haribo.

Animal rennet (as opposed to vegetarian rennet) is sometimes used in cheese. It comes from the lining of a calve's stomach. It is also now being used in some mars products.

Cochineal (also called Carmine) is a red food colouring and is made from crushed up beetles.

well not a lot of people know but vegetarians CAN'T eat marshmallows

What are you talking about????
Being vegetarian means you can't eat Meat.
Maybe you mean vegan?

anything containing meat, animal fats, or meat extracts is not vegetarian.
