In a public setting - a calm public setting, ask him politely why he stares at you. Make sure your parents and/or close relatives are there as "witnesses."

Tell him politely that when he stares at you it makes you feel uneasy.

Tell him that you're sure he doesn't mean to appear angry or upset but that it makes you uncomfortable when he stares at you.

KEEP YOUR COOL at all times. Don't let him get you upset, but from his answer you can get an idea of what's on his mind. Always remain calm - and everyone around you will see that all you want is for him to stop staring at you.

Keeping your cool - even if he gets upset - will show you are more mature than even the adults in your family.

i'm sure he's not trying to kill you. but if your uncomfortable just avoid him.
