I guess first of all why are you asking? Have you been told you have chest pain or are you actively having it for the first time. If you are having chest pain for the first time, I would consider going to the ER or you primary physician to have an EKG and blood drawn.

Angina is basically vasospasm of your coronary arteries. You have three main arteries that supply your heart. When they are spasming, less oxygen is able to get to your heart and creates this pain known as angina. After people have had their first coronary event or heart attack, physicians discharge patients with nitro. Therefore when the patient has pain, they are to take the nitro at home. The major side effect of nitro though is headaches. For people who have persistent angina, almost on a daily basis, cardiologists tend to try daily nitrate medications such as isosorbide mononitrate or isosorbide dinitrate.

Now, if you have never had chest pain before, I encourage you to have it checked out.. Especially if you are older than 55, tobacco user, history of diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or have family history of heart disease.

Only your doctor can answer this question. Angina is caused when blood flow is reduced to your heart muscle and the muscle starts to get stressed and you feel chest pain. Its like your heart feeling that burning feeling that you get after exercise.

There are lots of different ways to treat it. When its happening most people get nitro sprays to stop an acute attack, The nitro dilates blood vessels and allows more blood flow into the heart.

The other treatments depend on what is causing your angina. it can be anything from diet and exercise to bypass surgery. Talk to your doctor, if you dont trust them seek a second opinion.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

This is not enough oxygen getting to the heart caused by restricted blood flow. Best treated by a cardiologist. Do not attempt to treat without a doctor's help. Follow carefully home treatment plan - and they will give you one. If it doesn't work, then go to the nearest ER.
