Nope, completely natural. It has no affect either way on our environment.

No. Sweating is a natural process and the salt that is in sweat stays on your body when the sweat evaporates, so the only thing going into the atmosphere is water vapor that gets rained down anyways.

As others said, no. But there is another smelly odor we produce that does pollute the air.
Methane (CH4) is 21 times as severe a greenhouse gas as Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
