I'd confront her and tell her that she MUST tell him or I will.

It isn't a matter of just smaking it your business for the sheer fun of it .. It is a life and death issue ..

she is being incredibly selfish

and YOU should tell him

As a friend. Make sure you really know she hasn't told him. Then let your friend know that is against the law not to tell her boyfriend. She must tell him because it can be consider attempted murder on her part. As we all know that God can heal anyone, he can protect the baby, the father, the mother by the blood of JESUS. She has to be honest. Tell her you will be there right beside her while she tells him. and because you are all friends he might be hurt if you knew and didn't tell him. Pray and you will get your answer to guide you. See me I would hate for them to tell before i did. honest is the best way to go. You would not want the guy friend to get sick and be upset you didn't tell him you. Beside the chances of the baby being sick is 50/50.Besides if he loves her it may not matter to him, only a chance to make his choice if he wants that, or if he can deal with it, but I do know out of all that He would really want the TRUTH of the matter

No: Most States and, the Federal law states that she is liable. This is why these diseases are so rampant. Were so quick to blame others on these diseases but, we only have ourselves to blame. She has no right to get married under these circumstances. She has no right to have a baby under these circumstances.
She should be reported to both the City and the State authorities, the Health Departments. If they are your friends, then is up to you to report them, for treatment. Shame on them for not seeking treatment.

It is against the law to avoid treatment knowingly and having sex without telling your partner, this spreads the disease. You can get up to five years for this in some States.

No! That means he is hiv positive too, and if they have a baby it will also be hiv positive, which is really cruel. They will probably both die before the child is old enough to look after itself, and the child will also probably die of aids. don't let the woman keep it from her boyfriend!

she needs to be the one to tell him but he seriously needs to know! He should've been told when they first started sleeping together. Every man/ woman has a right to know that he's dying!!! If he goes to the doctor and finds out that he has it, he could feel guilty that he's the one who gave it to her and i'm sure she'll be fine with him thinking that but it's not right.

and to give it to a newborn baby?? have this child grow up knowing that it'll probably never see a lot of firsts.... people like that are the ones keeping this disease alive!!!!

i would definately tell her to tell him and if she doesnt.... id tell him. and this child really shouldn't be born!!!
