Neither situation is a high risk if you take simple precautions. Avoid contact with any blood without using gloves. Hep B can only be transferred trough an open wound. As for oral sex the danger is higher in you have just brushed your teeth as it may open small wonds allowing the virus to transfer through the semen. The usual precautions should be taken , condoms and avoiding touching the blood of an injured person. The virus is potent for a period of 48 hrs even in dried blood so in you clean up take the necessary precautions.
Don't be paranoid about it but do be vigilent.

oral sex since alot of people have std's because they sleep around and plus they are shady about it so even while the virus is in a supressed state, its still there thus can cause infection.
of course from blood first, but its not likely you would touch blood directly.

you don't get hep. B from both. you get it if you don't wash your hands after you go to the bathroom. I'm serious, I'm not kidding.
