You "heard". I see no where that it is mentioned to slow the heart rate. Type "coQ10" into the web search. Check out some of the sites. It appears that they are not sure of the benefits. My bottle states it is for "heart energy" .
Ask your doctor about the fast heart rate. Maybe it is not as bad as you might think. Sometimes walking or exercise will help. Seriously. Just a thought.

co-Q10 is not intended to treat cardiac arrhythmia's. If you have palpitations or irregular heart beats or even just a rapid pulse, then it takes something other than co-Q10 to deal with it. I would first look at your consumption of caffeine, caffeine will cause a rapid heart rate, and some people are very sensitive to that. If you smoke, nicotine does the same thing.
Co-Q10 is for helping your cholesterol come down and your metabolic efficiency increase. It will in no way affect your heart's rate or rhythm.

There's been no PROOF of benefits from supplementing with coQ10. So, you might as well be taking a sugar pill.

there are studies that say it is effective in treating atrial arrhythmias but it should not be taken by people with ventricular arrhythmias such as supra ventricular arrhythmia.
