Alright, I'll share my recipe with you. When I have an unbearable cold or cough, I fix it up and take it. Instant relief.

Prepare some ginger to drink (kind of like tea, only without ginger thrown in and no tea), add some lime and orange juice into the mix. Some honey to sweeten it.

Stir and drink. It's strong, but hey, just finish the cup, you'll want another. So make yourself two serves.

if u have a sore throat: boil some water and then pour in a small cup/glass and then take a lemon cut it in half and squueze the lemeon juice in the water [while mixing with a spoon]. squeezing half a lemon will do but if you like sour tastes squuze more and if you dotn liek it too sour, squeeze half the lemon and then pour a little bit of honey. then drink it. it will hlep your throat. [if you have one]

drink warm things like warmed milk, cocoa, hot water it will make oyu feel better

soup

and yeah thats all i can say now but!

if you have any Asian Oils [Wood Lock Oil or Po Sum Oil] take some on your fingers and rub it on the back of your neck, behind your ears, a TINY bit under your nose, and on your toes. make sure to rub throughly and wash your hands with soap throughly.

but if you dont have any Asian Oils then jsut stay warm but not too warm!

good luck

Take a Hot Toddy before retiring to bed consisting of;
A generous shot of Whisky (or brandy), Hot Lemonade,Beechams powder, a spoonful of honey (or sugar)
Wrap up warm in bed and this will sweat all the badness out of you. If it fails you've still had a very nice nightcap>
Good health.

unfortunately, there's no real cure for a cold...Try to get as much rest as you can, drink lots of chicken soup and tea.

You can treat your symptoms - take vitamin c, suck zinc lozenges for your cough, decongestant, cough syrup.... nyquil and theraflu are both GREAT because they let you get the sleep that your body needs to heal itself.

plenty of vitamin C. either fresh fruit like oranges or suppliment tablets. and keep warm and eat proper meals and take plenty of water.
paracetamol can help to dry up a runny nose etc as well as help fight any headaches.
many cold and flu remedies contain paracetamol.

Let me offer you my sleeve to wipe your nose on. I'll even wear a silk shirt so it won't irritate your cute little nose!
