I am a smoker. there are countless reasons not to smoke, but for some unknown reason i keep doing it and never thought about quitting.

i would say you have plenty of top 10's looking at the list but i counted about 10 that made me laugh.

the number one reason listed that made me laugh and i quote
"depletion of the ozone layer."

to all those that don't smoke don't start for any reason. not even casually out with friends because that is how i got started. and now smoke around a pack and a half a day.

One~ It will suck the life right out of your blood.
Two~ It will rip your lungs apart more insidiously than coal dust, asbestos, silica, or any other smoke.
Three~It in the most addictive substance known to us.
Four~ It steals your willpower, and will not relent it's theft without pain.
Five~ It smells like death, and can slowly deliver death.
Six~ It is a cancerous substance, second only to diesel fumes.
Seven~ It will seduce you till death do you part, then move on to someone else.
Eight~It will steal away your eyesight, macular degeneration.
Nine~It can leave your lungs to the last for destruction, and attack your throat, your mouth, your teeth, your tonsils, then move in for the kill.
Ten~ It can lose the fight for your life but sweetie it will leave you maimed and in pain for what's left of your life.
Ten reasons are not good enough and yet ten reasons are nine more than you need. You may live all your life smoking and not die from it, but you will pay a heavy price in health for the luxury of it's nicotine. You may be in the prime of your life with everything to look forward too and live for. Then it strikes and you die in a matter of months, before you see your first child's marriage it can rise from the depths of nowhere, then kill you.

As Americans, believe it or not, we have the freedom of speech and offending someone is protected by the constitution. Therefore, the one reason I have why smoking is bad is because the people who want it banned are taking away other people's freedom- very unAmerican and unconstitutional. By the way, I'm not a smoker and my wife is allergic to something in cigarette smoke causing her to choke more than normal and break out- and we still feel smokers have the right to smoke because this is America.
