You've left out a lot of facts. I am assuming you are sexually active. Does it always surface in the same place? If I had to take an educated guess, I would say it may be a mild breakout of herpes. But again this is a guess.
Being shy is difficult when you have to go to a GYN, but it is also necessary. You may feel more comfortable with a woman doctor. But any sort of lesion that appears in the genital area should be checked immediately.
Good luck.

Something like that could be a skin infection, allergies (happens to me with certain soaps), std, or ingrown hairs that cannot come out but the growth settles down after time (something that has also happened to me).
Doctors see and hear everything from females and males so if we went they wouldn't be surprised by anything. Best to see one and they can tell you what it is and how to best heal yourself.

sorry, go see the doctor. it needs looking at and/or taking some pus for medical examination.
Could be anything from a simple infection, a STD or a tumour.
Check first, worry later.

The only way to know for sure is to See the doctor. It sounds like it could be herpes virus. Get to the doctor as there are drugs to keep you symptomless and prevent you from infecting others. Its there for life, but with the proper meds, you can live with it.

you don't have to go a doc. go to an std clinic at your local hospital. it could be something simple or herpes etc etc.you will not have piece of mind until you go and see about it.

hmm... that wound could be viral or fungal.. better treat it fast before it spreads throughout your body.. eventually deforming your vagina.. causing complications particularly permanent blindness.. and im sure no guy would like to see such...
Boost your immune system by taking in vit. C and other anti oxidants.. always take a bath 2x a day.. and have an effective feminine wash..
prevention is better than cure...
