Try Whole Foods Market if there is one near where you live. Most health food or natural food markets will carry a variety of flour products, including rice and garbanzo bean flours. Good luck!

soy flour can be bought from your local co-op (whole food, or natural food store) can be kinda pricey tho, depending on where you live...winco has it if you live on the west coast. good luck!
