last week i went into the doctor he told me i had a torn tricep and not to lift weights or be working out at all. now before this i had followed a regimen and diet designed to maximize hormone levels and sky rocket them. now i can't lift and these hormones are no longer needed to repair damaged muscle tissue, testosterone in particular. now i'm stuck with excess testosterone i'm droppin big loads 4 times a day sounds sick but its true and any time a hot chick comes on tv i got a tent in my pants. i've had increased anger, shortness of temper etc. those are the signs of more testosterone, as for the heart problems. heart rate increases rapidly from 85 to 205 with simple laughing. chest tightness and pain. could this be a heart problem related to testosterone. and no i'm not on steroids.

Testosterone is a natural steroid, so yeah, could cause the increased heart rate, chest tightness, pain, increased blood pressure etc. Get off the steroid and see an orthopedic doctor about your torn tricep

Sounds like a serious funeral waiting to happen. I've never heard of a diet that was steroid-like in the manner you describe unless it had steroids involved, or some 'dietary supplements' you probably shouldn't be fooling with even if you like the sure smart way they sound rolling off your tongue trying to pronounce them.

There are plenty of wacky drugs (excuse me, 'all-natural supplements') out there that haven't passed any government standards for safety, yet are sold legally as health products, and that will mess with your BP and testosterone levels in seriously sh*tty ways, not to mention do cell damage (mutations, Cancer anyone?) If you're on some, get off them, and go to the ER with your elevated heart rate or chest pains right smack away, and take those suppliment bottles with you for reference. Chest pains are serious, and radical spiking heart rates could lead to your heart exploding. You could be looking down the throat of a serious heart attack or stroke, and one from which you may not recover, or live through to enjoy a rich life as a vegetable. And with what immobile limb would you be wanking off to tv girls then?!

You need to talk to your doctor about this. Even if you have a torn tricep, and I can't imagine how THAT happened, then you should still be able to do other kinds of exercise, like running and cycling. Talk to your doctor.
