My boyfriend has little tiny pimples on his penis. They aren't pus filled or anything like that, but they are little bumps. I asked him about it and he said that he was worried about them before so he got tested 2 months ago, and that the results were that he didn't have an STD or anything. He's only had 1 sex partner before. What are these bumps???

Also the bumps are not rows and rows of "pimples"....it's just a few pimples here and there

Alright - are you ready for a real diagnosis with an interesting name? "Pearly penile papules." I am a doctor who works in a lot of STD clinics and have seen these many times. Young men come into my clinics thinking they have an STD because of these tiny "pimples" on their penises. They are completely normal, they are actually CALLED pearly penile papules, and, to put your mind further at ease, check out these images below and see if they match what your boyfriend has on his penis.

Hope this helps!

It is possible to have acne pimples on the penis. Or if the bumps are small white and hard, these are called milia and are caused by the buildup of dead skin cells underneath the epidermis. They will flake off over time.

Maybe hair follicle base, sebaceous cysts, tag warts, genital warts, herpes or just normal if they are REAL tiny and on the top at the opening. Why didn't he ask the doctor if he got tested? Call back and ask the nurse and she will ask the doctor and call you back.

If he's been tested before and came back negative for all STD's I wouldn't worry about it. Could be simpke acne.

It could be that he masturbated himself to the point of having blisters--but it sounds kinda like genital warts. A person can be born with them. SOme women might love them however--
