Without a bit more information, it is hard to say. These days, some would think that reading is a bit high. When the reading was taken, had you fasted?
In any event, your best course is to talk to your doctor and get her/his opinion.

Blood sugar should run between 85 and 100. I am a diabetic and I take insulin. Normal blood sugars rise after eating about 50 points and should return to normal around 2 hours after eating. There is another test doctors do to test how high blood sugars are running for a 3 month average. This test is called an A1c and is a great way to get a more compete picture.

it depends how long you ate. Eating sugar or soemthing with a lot of carbs will raixe you blood sugar. 113 is not that bad if you just ate. Normal would be 85-100

113 is normal. If your blood sugar stays above 140 on a daily basis, then there is a need to be concern and action taken to correct it.

Were you fasting? How long? Blood sugar peaks after eating and then begins to fall so it depends on when that level was taken. If it was fasting overnight, it is low- borderline and should be repeated with a small "glucose tolerance" test--fasting at minimum and perhaps 2 hours after a glucose load.

would love it if mine was at 113. The best range would be 75-125. Yours sounds great.

it actually depends on if you're a diabetic or not, and if you have just eaten or fasted. If you are a diabetic, you should already have a specific blood glucose range prescribed by your doctor. I'm 17 and my desired range is 70-150.
