Itching, discharge, painful urination, pain in the pelvic area, redness, and sores to name a few.
Most STDs have no signs or symptoms though.

Too broad for one answer. Different std's have different symptoms. Some of the most common symptoms for multiple std's are:
pain in genital area
itching
cloudy or odorous urine
genital leakage
unusual rash in that area
redness and swelling. Hope this helps

Everyone else answered your question, but the best way to know is get checked. Very often STDs (mostly for males) will have no symptoms, or symptoms are delayed, etc....You can be HIV+ and not even know it.
So get Educated on prevention and get frequent screenings for STDs; including, HIV.
