Shopperholicrachel - thanks for asking for the explanation. As she is a prostitute and has had 50 clients that day, then it wouldn't be her feet that were aching.
I think it's a really funny joke - although I'm obviously in the minority, however when anybody tells me theit feet hurt- it makes me smile.
