You can make the wrap yoruself, all it is is flour and water:

RECIPE FOR LUMPIA WRAPPERS:

1 cup flour
1 cup water

Mix the flour and water together and blend well to form a smooth
batter. Grease a clean griddle of frying pan very lightly. (The best
way to do this is to use a piece of clean cloth or paper lightly
moistened with oil and wipe the surface of the pan). Using a paint
brush, paint batter thinly over the griddle or pan, working quickly.
Remove the wrapper with a pan cake turner as batter dries.

The reason your having so many problems is that you're looking too specifically. Lumpia can be rolled and fried using regular spring roll wrappers found in most grocery stores and/or online markets. My congrats tho for finding a more delicious egg roll family member.

Our big chain grocery stores have them in the refrigerated section of the produce area. Some stores have them by the cheese. Ask the store manager if they have them, you may not know where to look in that particular store. They may even offer to orde them for you. You may want to ask for egg roll wrappers as they may be more comonly known by that. Good luck!

I think lumpia wraps are the same as egg roll wraps. i think you should ask a worker at a grocery store of whether or not they have egg roll wraps.

I dont know if this helps.... but Where I live (Ohio) the wrapers are not a lot of money, but try Save a lot or a cheeper store. here the wraps are like 2.00 for 25.
