Genital warts suspected instead of genital Herpes.
Genital warts-symptoms-Many types of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) have no symptoms, though some cause visible genital warts that may be found in the vagina or urethra or on the cervix, vulva, penis, or anus. Rarely, they are found in the mouth or throat. Warts are often flesh-colored, soft to the touch, and may look like miniature cauliflower florets. They usually grow in more than one area and are often painless, although they may itch.
Herpes simplex infections-symptoms- Herpes simplex virus-1 usually shows up as cold sores or blisters. For those who have herpes simplex virus-2, some have no symptoms, while others may show signs of an infection from five to twenty days after having sex with an infected partner. Early symptoms can include a burning sensation in the genitals, low back pain, pain when urinating, and flu-like symptoms. A short while later, small red bumps may appear around the genitals or on the mouth; later these bumps become painful blisters which then crust over, form a scab, and heal.

Genital herpes usually appears within 2- 20 days but there have been cases of people getting it years later and blaming in on their current partner. Same thing goes for alot of other stds. When I got genital herpes I got it right away. Same as your boyfriend on the head of my penis and I am also uncut like him. It usually always appears in the same exact place. If I was him I would have the doctor preform a culture test on his red dots while he has them present or else it will be hard for them to diagnose him. Also I am not sure if he has already been tested since it wasn't stated in your question. But especially for uncircumcised guys that skin is really fragile and sometimes you do get alittle wear and tear when you're rough with it. I have gotten "red dots" from sex that weren't herpes. So it's possible he doesn't have anything at all. If you have any questions at all feel free to email me at hsv2foryou@yahoo.com I'd be glad to help.

I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about four years ago, whilst I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I understand lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date other men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/Q9jPR everything improved.
Not only was I able to remove all traces of the hsv from my body in less than three weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This method gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

It is possible to get herpes and not know about if for a long time. Therefore, it is possible that if it is herpes that he contracted it from a long-ago partner. However, the description you gave does not really sound like herpes to me. He should definately be checked out, and if it is an STD you should be treated as well.
Good luck.

Hi ! genital herpes for the first time is of recent infection. If acquired from a partner long ago, he would have suffered atleast one episode of herpetic lesions before this. But once infected,it can recurr at a later date in a similar way to the first infection. If your partner never had genital herpes before, then he must've acquired it recently.

Red dots are not the typical appearance of Herpes.
Genital herpes type II typically appears as a cluster of small blisters the size of this capital O. Herpes type I typical appears as much larger single blister or coalesced collection of blisters at least twice that size.

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. I have been with the same man for the past 10 years and within the last year found out that he has cheated on me with numerous women. I am so scared that I can give it to my children by kissing them and them eating with me...I feel like my whole life has changed. And even though the nurses, my doctor, and websites say that a lot of people have it I still feel like I am by myself. My self esteem has dropped and I feel like I have been used up. But now, My life is very happy.

herpes doesn't show as little red dots, the lesions that form appear as blisters which eventually open and drain, dry up and go away. And if it is a first time break out the pain involved will drive anyone to a doctor begging for relief. Without an exam, there is no way to know for sure what it is, or how to treat it....he needs to be seen.
