hypoglycemia with blood sugar levels below 20 and you are well into the danger zone. Some folks may pass out at higher levels like 40 although I never have- felt like it.
Insulin shock- perhaps a person took too much insulin or forgot to eat might send you plummeting quickly- again medical emergency

You will die.

You would require fast and intense intervention to survive...by that I mean you would need a hefty dose of IV glucose to bring you back.

The lowest blood sugar level I have ever seen on a person who still alive was 18. The person did survive...barely.

Sugar in your blood is the fuel which makes your body run. Isn't it completely obvious what would happen? What happens when your car runs out of gas?
