Mojitos are my favorite and they look fabulous in a pitcher or punch bowl. I assume you're serving this with ice?

1 bunch fresh mint
3 liters club soda
15 large limes
about 1/2 bottle good rum (to taste)
1/2 cup sugar

Strip the mint leaves off the stems. Muddle (crush) the mint leaves with the sugar at the bottom of the bowl. Thinly slice 5 limes. Juice the other 10 limes and add the juice to the bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the rum, stirring. Just before serving, carefully pour in the club soda and stir gently. Add the lime slices.
