It is possible. Condoms don't protect 100%. There can be tears in it, or if it's bad quality condoms.

Absolutely. Condoms aren't a 100% guarantee, but the do cut the risk of contracting disease drastically. There are also STDs that can be contracted through skin to skin contact, like HPV and herpes.

yes, some stds can be contracted by the person's fluids that touch your body or genital area. You cant get anything that is really bad, but you can get HPV or crabs, so better to be safe than sorry by not sleeping with sluts and hos, lol.
Also I think that long answer you got is bullshit ans just trying to scare you, most of the research is out of date and very very rare. Also the guy who gave you wikipedia as a source is wack, thats not real research. Condoms are the safest thing you can use and anything your likely to catch is not that dagerous at all, just take the risk and enjoy life.

You can contract HERPES from just kissing otherwise it is difficult, but not impossible, to get other STDs from a broken condom or ill-fitting condom.

I actually got an infection from a lubricated condom. Perhaps it was an allergic reaction from the lubricant, but the infection was painful and contagious. So....be careful.
