do NOT take OTC diet pills with a heart condition. talk to your doctor before starting any diet/exercise program. it's good that you want to lose weight, but you can make things worse by taking diet pills. I took one once and my heart was racing. just start by eating right and walking every day. aim for at least 30 minutes, but you can work up to that.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Talk to your doctor about this. The best option may be Xenical a prescription medication. It is a reversible inhibitor of gastric and pacreatic lipases, thus inhibiting around 30% of dietary fats. Dose is 120 mg 3 times/day. It is safe to use with a heart problem. The most common problem with Xenical is that fat soluble vitamins will not be as well absorbed. I would recommend taking a multivitamin as well.

Speak with your doctor about Phentermine. They will watch you for 6 months. After 6 months, you will be ready for a different regimine. The Phentermine will drop the weight fast, but is not a long-term solution . . . only a chance to jump-start your program. ok?
