This is just such a open field of answers and such that it is enough to make one go crazy from all the info! I have read all the answers so I am going to make this short and simple! Do not smoke! Exercise moderatly! By raising your HDL it will lower your LDL! Eat fatty type fish like salmon, flax seeds, pumpkins seeds, use flax oil, avocadoes and such. Taking lecithin granules have been tested to reduce cholesterol levels substantially. Do a colon cleanse, or use physillium seeds husks for regularity, that always helps. Most importantly do not worry about it. You did the doing when it came to elevating you blood cholesterol so now you can do the lowering of it! Good luck to you and good health my friend!
