At Chez Nico in London, before it went on to Restaurant afterlife, I had a black truffle risotto that made one think that Nico wasn't in the kitchen anymore, but that God was filling in for him.

Chicken/Pork Adobo (Philippine Recipe, actually it is a pork and chicken stew cooked in vinegar and soy sauce with chili, coconut milk and potatoes.) I cooked it myself and my family loves it! Yum! Yum! =)
