Ice cubes melt in to water, now you can buy little plastic balls or other shape that are filled with water, those are reusable. They also make plastic muggs or cups with water inside that are also frozen. Some odd lot stores or cheap mail order companies sell these items. I f you are looking to make these, ummm, good luck.
