i want to print pictures in a photopaper what software do i have to use? a software that will let me choose...

what size i want to print like... Wallet size 3r 4r sizes?

Picasa is free and has this capability. Yes, printer software does too, but Picasa is easier and faster for this.

When you print any image you need a printer.
All the printer comes with software. Before connecting a printer for 1st time, you install the software.
You can not use other software because the drivers are different and it won't work. For example you have Canon printer but want to print using HP software. This way it won't. Canon will print only through Canon and HP will print through HP.
