I'm writing a story about extraterrestrial life and another about a stepford wife thing where a person is trying to make the world perfect by cloning people and getting rid of the actual humans. What are short good quotes that can prelude the story that revolve around these themes?

Well, i would start of with looking at quotes from famous Sci-Fi philosophers.
Here's some from Sci-Fi extravagant H. G. Wells

"We were making the future," he said, "and hardly any of us troubled to think what future we were making. And here it is!"

:) perhaps Kepler 11 in Cygnus or HD10180 in Hydra. Of the two HD10180 is plenty nearer. an insignificant 127 mild years off. (it may nevertheless take a zillion years to get there with in elementary terms the prevalent regulations of physics at our disposal) each and every of those stars has 6 shown planets. which potential (maximum possibly) that they've a dozen or so actually planets a number of that should be in the Goldilocks zone. HD10180 in all hazard has one, and its megastar is fairly solar-like. we don't comprehend approximately issues like moons in different image voltaic systems. we are able to assume a similar regulations be conscious so "very very in all hazard" is as sturdy as you will get.

Think about your last two books for now and put them on the back burner. just make notes when an idea pops up.
For your first book it will all depend on how much you know of the subject. perhaps:
" Your brain will never return to old ways it used to think, live, and your life and will never be of the same mundane, when you have discovered something of which is unknown"
Will that help?

For the opening of your perfect world:

"To survive it is necessary to jump over all the old evolutionary failings."

For your extraterrestrial life story:

"How many wishes were made on that one fateful shooting star, the one that fell slowly and softly to earth?"

Good luck with your writing.

"To think that you're all alone in the universe is being arrogant. To know that you're not is being informed."

"When you look at the stars and marvel at the vastness of space, look beyond them and know that we are not alone!"

"The mind of one may be the answer, but the mindlessness of many maybe the world's downfall."

"Carpe diem. Vita brevis." (Seize the day. Life is short.)
