U are exactly right! Why not end the relationship? I say that to all of my guy friends because about 95% of them are cheaters! I've never understood that! How can u say u love someone, and then cheat on them without even thinking twice about it? It's like people always say, u don't know what u got til it's gone! When someone catches their mate cheating and leaves them their mate cries and begs and says I love u! They say it was a mistake (that's hilarious)! I can say that 100% that I have never ever cheated on any of my girls! I actually respect and love them too much to do that! If I did get the urge to cheat then I feel like that means I DON'T love them anymore and we should break up and that's what everybody esle should do too! Yeah it hurts to break-up with someone, but it hurts even more to find out they cheated on u and they aren't the person u thought they were! U will end up doubting and questioning ur whole relationship from the beginning to the end!

Depends on what you call 'cheating'. If there was never an actual agreement that the relationship would be monogamous, then the act of outside sexual encounters would just be part of an 'open relationship. If in fact the person broke an agreement between the two parties, then that would be betrayal. Sometimes the offending person wants his/her cake and eat it too; maybe there are things within the relationship that are worth keeping around, but the sex just isn't one of them...or, they are just too clingy and afraid to make it on their own.

People cheat because they are comfortable in their current relationship but want a little more on the side. They want to have their cake and eat it too so to speak.

Cheating without getting caught is a lot less emotionally bothersome than going through a break-up. It's still wrong though.

some people want the stability of a permanent relationship but they also want the excitement that comes from a new sexual relationship, when you,ve been in a relationship awhile the sex gets comfortable so to speak not as exciting as a new parnter.

Yes, It would be much better to end a relationship and start another but mostly people don't have the gutts to tell their partner they want to it to finish.

i cheat cos i am very greedy and i want everything. i still have heart for my ex bf cos i like the lil escapade each time we have. yet on the other hand my bf is there for me all the time. see, my heart was with my ex while settling for comfortness with the bf. its selfish, greedy and inhumane to do so. i believe in karma seriously, yet i always listen to what my heart wants me to do despite knowing that its bad. very bad.
after all, remember? we all live once and enjoy while it last.
