My computer is hp-pavilion Windows XP Media Center. There is already Microsoft Works in the disk. But it gives only limited service. I am unable to type letters. So I have preferred Microsoft office and loaded it in the C drive. I have deleted Microsoft Works now. Is it correct? I like to know that will they create any conflict if they are together in a drive?

It is perfectly fine for these two programs to be on the same hard drive. Works is usually installed on a new computer and an upgrade to Office will have no impact on either program.

I think its ok to have them both on the same drive, and doubt if they will conflict in any way.
