I would like to know whether I can use 41V AC contactor in 220V DC circuit ? What is criteria is applied ?

You really should use a contactor rated for DC. Arcing can potentially be a serious problem on DC circuit. With AC, the voltage drops to zero 100 or 120 times a second, tending to extinguish arcs, on DC the arc cam be maintained unless special provisions are made to extinguish it.

The 415 VAC contactor would still have to have a 15 A rating. The coil will probably have to be changed out with a suitable DC coil. DC circuits rarely have AC control voltages.
