Polytheism: The concept of god where multiple forms of the One deity can exist at one and the same time Independently of each other but still be considered (as being of) one spirit.

In other words --- If the Son, Father and Holy Ghost were ONE DEITY then blaspheming one part would automatically mean it was against all of the ONE DEITY.

The only way to blaspheme one part of the Trinity without blaspheming the other parts is to have three separate gods which is a Tri-theism or Polytheism.

"And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man (JESUS) will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven." (Luke 12:10)

I Blasphem all the time.
For example, I believe Jesus Christ was a Good man, but a Mad man none the less, as with the Prophets, they wrote a book about hallucinations... even in the Old Testament, Abramham was skitzophernic to the point of Homocide.
Blasphemed... yes... why yes I have.

Did this make you feel better? I am a firm believer they are NOT one in the same and therefore, treat each independently. Oh, but I haven't really blasphemed any of them today. Have a wonderful day!!!

Blaspheming the Holy spirit means you can not recieve the truth as it is revealed by the Holy Spirit...the three are one God. If they are not you have no spirit because it is a part of you. You are more than one part or you are the same as a Dog that dies in its flesh. We are more than flesh we also have a spirit and this spirit is eternal it is the image of God that we are more than one part. If God has no Son and you have no spirit then we perish as a Dog with our flesh. You are more than one part and God is more than one part and your salvation depends on it.
