Find him!
Put up signs with his picture and your name and number on them.
Call the local shelters to see if they have him already.
Call the local newspaper to get a lost dog ad in the paper. Most papers don't charge for this.
Get all of your friends to look too maybe a group effort will be helpful.

Start looking and asking locally. Contact all the dog pounds in your area in case he's brought there, giving a full description.
You can get your dog 'chipped' at the vet's. The chip contains your contact info, and they will be scanned at the pound if handed in. Might be something to think about.

u need to contact all animal societies within ur area and give them a description of ur dog. they will be aware that your dog is missing and be able to contact u when hes brought in to them. Put "lost" posters up in your area so other people can keep an eye outfor him. good luck

is he chippied.if so contanct the chip company let them no.contant all vets,police rspca and dog warden in your area. place postering in the street,park and areas u walkied,do a leaflet drop on cars and threw letter boxes,contanct local paper with details also go to,'' your dog.co.uk.'' and leave details an add will go into the magazine and web site.ask dog owners to keep an eye out.always carry spare lead with u incase u see him when out with a few treats in your pocket to.put a lost post in the cars of friends and famlies too.good luck.

.Contact animal control or humane society, describe your dog so if they catch it or is turned in they know what your dog looks like. Put a notice at petco or petsmart on their bulletin board .
