But Judas did not believe in what was to happen on the Cross. This is esential for anyone to be saved.
Satan doesn't care for you and he hated Judas too.
Judas lost his eternity and traded eternal life for the price of a slave.
Jesus of course would have have forgiven Judas, when Judas realized what he had done, he attempted to in a way show that he knew 'what was done on the cross' by tossing the money down, as he knew it was nothing, but he'd sold out his Lord and King for a few bucks, the price of a slave.
But this question is not about Judas' ,
But essentially about you!
Participation, does not necessarily mean Salvation,
Do you believe in the work that Jesus did on the cross?

Yes I do. It means I need to live EVERYDAY like I believe in it....not give it up now and then because it doesn't feel good or is too hard. It takes WORK. Our salvation is a free gift but we we need to spend everyday 24/7 taking to and living for Him. otherwise the work on the cross was useless. Not because of Him but it's like taking a gift someone gives you to use and throwing it away because we can't understand how it works. A check has no value unless there is money in the bank to back it up. Jesus work on the cross is what is there as our "proof" of salvation and what is in the "bank" that we can cash in on when we live for Him.

I believe that Jesus fulfilled the will of God.
So did Judas.

Participation does not lead to salvation, but detachment.

Detachment from:
Names and labels
Tradition
The opinion of others, even if people are important to us
The voice of ego
Ignorance
Illusions, unverified assumptions
The glitter and glamor of this world
despair, apathy, cynicism

Attachment is the greatest weakness in human nature, and overcoming it -attaining detachment- is man greatest victory
Love God above all else..With all your heart..With all your soul

Exactly. Salvation is a verb not a noun. It's you coming to God in faith and asking Christ into your heart as Lord and Savior and Jesus paying the price for your sins on the cross.

Demons are useful, yet we desire no longer concern them as Christians, for we are indwelt by potential of the Spirit of the guy who has completely sealed their defeat. Meditate at right here verses to earnings a thank you to effectively face the archenemy of God and his host: Matthew 4:a million-11; Ephesians 6:10-18; James 4:4-7; a million Peter 5:6-9; and a million John 5:18.

Yes, without the redemptive work of the cross

we could not be reconciled back to God the Father

Jesus redeemed us and brought us into fellowship with the Father

That was lost to us all

Judas was and is forgiven and is with God... he was a tool within the plan laid out by God... a necessary evil of the entire resurrection... someone had to be the betrayer for the prophecy to happen... Jesus knew all along it was Judas and He could have stopped him... escaped His destiny... but since He is the Father... and the Son... and the Holy Spirit... He made things happen exactly as they were meant to happen... for the process of the resurrection to occur.

Think about it!

I feel sad for Judas... but in that sadness comes certain knowledge of the fact that without him... the whole event would not have been able to occur.

I KNOW for certain that God came to earth as Christ... half man... half God... and fully Holy Spirit... that the cross is not a bad thing... it represents the suffering and ultimate sacrifice of the human side of God... to enable Him to understand our pain... and to take that pain and all our sins into the cross with Him... and re-emerge in spirit... resurrected and complete... affording us forgiveness and eternal life.

Yes... I believe and have believed... despite a lifetime of personal trauma across my 62 years of life... without once ever doubting the message and the meaning of this act of total love for us.

I'm luckier than many... since I've been shown miracles and the cross itself has been seriously active in my life... and inside miracles... and in strange and weird ways... few would ever believe... and I know because of this... it isn't a morbid sign at all... as many would have us think... it isn't an idol either... and it isn't a showy piece of jewellery either... that I wear around my neck... it is worn with absolute FAITH and trust and meaning by me...

Because... it is a symbol of the Lord's gift to all of us... the gift thats supercedes all gifts... on that awful day we call Good Friday... it is a reminder to me... of the certain sign of hope... a reminder of the eternal promise... of His eternal love... and life... for all of us.

Someone who has been afforded insight through faith.

Christian.

We need to remember that God is bigger than any of our problems. We can either have intimacy with God or control, not both. God is the righteous Judge, He knows our hearts. That is why it is important to guard our hearts and ask guidance from the Holy Spirit. : )

What are you talking about? Judas knew the only way to kill jesus and save everyone was to betray him. If it weren't for Judas, the whole crucifixion would've never happened.

judas had faith, but it was not a true faith, or at best it was a very shallow faith. judas was never “saved” but for a time he was a follower of Christ.
