I took sleeping pills awhile ago...I am 15. Will it be ok if i masturbate. Will i die? I am very tired and dizzy but I really need to relieve the stress...will i die from to fast heart rate or high blood pressure or something. Will i be ok to masturbate. At 15 years old the last thing you should be doing is taking sleeping pills. Where the hell is your Mother??? Spank the monkey all you want, but I would stop with the pill popping right now. Its a downward spiral from here son. And no your not gonna die from a fast heart rate during masturbation, Although you can die from an overdose of sleeping pills.

Unless you are running while masturbating it should be ok. The comfort you feel aftwards makes up for any heart rate increase... if you are worried, just remember to breathe since you probably hold your breath when you masturbate and that raises your heart rate more than the physical act of masturbation

Ok from what i understand is that when you take the pills you get tired and dizzy, well you understand why you get tired. But the reason you get dizzy is due to the stimulation of the brains sleep cells being fired off without your natural sleep hormones. Since normal processes aren't occurring the rest of your body is saying go while your brain is saying stop. So masturbating will not kill you. But it may cause some embarrassment if you fall asleep and someone walks in on you.

I am not a medical professional, but I have spent many years masturbating.
Unless you have a specific health problem, then the increased heart rate is actually good for you. Masturbation is a good exercise for the heart with much less stress to the body except maybe ...ummm....tennis elbow.
Also the tiredness and dizziness will increase the the pleasure of the orgasm.

You will not die. There is nothing wrong with masturbating, and the sleeping pills will have no effect on your heartrate when you do masturbate. Your heartrate may increase, but not enough to cause a problem. In fact you will relax all your body and mind after you do and you should sleep better.

it took me nearly 13 years to be properly diagnosed with a tach heart beat that often ran on for a few hours at a time. never near a doc when it happened. but finally was at the right place (hosp.) at the right time. after an er visit they finally got a rate of 215 and as i said this had been going on for years. i knew it would stop. it always had, but it was very tiring. for years i thought it's just a stress purge.. i spent several days in hosp and after wear monitor it was diagnosed as supra ventricular tachycardia. mine was a simple electrical problem, but have been a beta blocker since.
