This has to with problems with the back.

The cartiledge between the vertebrae begin to deteriorate and break down over time, ultimately causing the vertebrae to rub together when there is no longer a protective disc.

it is a progressive disease of the discs in between the vertebrae in your spine. It will cause pain and will slowly deteriorate the discs over time.

If you do a Google or Yahoo search on this you will find out more than I can tell you. I've had it for 20 years and you should find out as much as you can about it.

If you have a job that requires you to do heavy lifting try to get one that doesn't. Doing heavy lifting makes it worse. Keep your abdominal and back muscles strong by doing regular exercise for them. Stretch every day to stay limber. Drink a lot of water.
