Can anyone explain to me how a flash drive works with a digital frame? We purchased a Westinghouse digital photo fram 8.0.It says it is flash drive compatable.Would the flash drive bypass the need for a memory card and a memory card reader? We bought this frame for my mother in law and have never used one before. We want to load photos from 4 different familys onto the frame from our computer and then send it to her...lol..so that she can remove all that clutter from her fridg which is TONS of pics of her 14 grand children.
But, the important thing is that all of our pictures are already in the computer.
If it doesn't not bypass, then what should we do...we have bought not extentions for the photo frame yet...the guys at best buy were clueless to help.
I would be very greatful if this could be explained to me. thank you

Read the User manual!!

You can either put a memory card, or transfer photos from your PC to the digital frame via a mini USB cord (if you have a digital camera, you probably have one of those already)
