Deal with whatever it is the best I can, I don't worry really about it the small stuff.
When I read the paper or watch the news, I see that my problems are really small compared to the worlds problems right now.
When I feel really overwhelmed, I count my blessings. I recently recovered from a health issue and I now realize that having my health and being able to have my physical and mental capabilites to work through things that I am very lucky.

This sort of thing is often a problem, and the sort of stress that makes us spend the whole night tossing and turning is often because of things we feel that we can not control.
Part of the solution is simple stress management. Different things work for different people, meditation, long walks and exercise and 3 things that you can use to reduce your stress level.
Next, try and take more control of your life. Often this requires change of a long period of time. For example, if you have trouble with your work, your boss makes your life hell, don't worry, spend some time looking for better work.
Get better people management skills. If your boss puts you under pressure to do some work, "great, I want to, let me check my schedule and tell you if it is possible". Then take some time before answering, even if you know the correct answer. Try and go for win win. For example, say "I can do it, but then I can't do this other work, is that ok?"
This same can apply to your family.
Look at time management as a way of getting control. Your have many things in your life. Many people feel stressed in life because they work out how much they have to do, and then try and use their time to do it. Better to work out how much time you have, then work out how much you can do. Maybe you have a paper to write for School. You have 1 week, 4 hours a day free. That is all the time you can use for it. Maybe your paper isn't perfect, but it is done.
One way through stressful times is to focus on a goal. Know what you want and work to get it.

well I have school and work, and my family, but I don't have bills...
I do have psychological problems though that can be very hard to live with.
I think the best advice is to take things one day at a time...
I know that's pretty vague..but it works for me I guess.
Good luck with everything..you can make it!
