It isn't really "good" or "bad" to burn calories. It is a natural thing that happens, we get calories through eating food, and then we burn them off, it's like the sun rising and setting. it just happens.
At 13 you shouldn't be more then 110-130 lbs depending on how large of a frame you have. So I would recommend getting at least 2000 calories a day if I was you, especially since you said you burn off a lot of them throughout your day.
Burning a lot of calories throughout your day will make you lose weight depending on how many you got in the day, but to answer your question, as long as you are getting enough calories in your day to maintain your weight then you can burn a lot in a day and still be healthy.

dunaskme,
Well, yes, but...
At your age, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Your growth is more important than the number of calories you should burn each day. Important processes are going on in you that will grow your brain, heart, and bones that could be slowed if you do the wrong thing at this point. So, be careful.
Now, having said that:
In short, yes, it is a good thing to burn a lot of calories as long as you are not exhausted at the end of the day, eat well--lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat--and get plenty of rest (sleep) at night.
Stay as far away from processed sugary food as you can, including soda pop, which is merely candy you can drink.
How many calories should you be eating? That depends on a few things:
How tall you are
How much you weigh
How active you are
Your body size will determine some of this answer, for tall bodies tend to need more calories than short ones.
Heavier bodies do, too, though you can figure out that there's a limit to this. Too-heavy bodies need less, of course.
How active are you? How do you know that you burn 800 calories a day? Do you run eight miles? Do you play a game and a half of basketball each day? A game of football and then run a couple of miles afterward? Run five-minute miles to school and back, three of four miles each way?
I assume that you mean "800 calories on top of what I burn just to stay alive," right? Because if you add that in, you burn more than 800 calories a day, probably closer to 1700 or 1800. More if you play a sport each day.
So how much should you be eating? At least as many as you burn. How is your body mass index? There are websites that will calculate this for you, and though they can give only a close approximation for any person, it's a pretty good guideline. If it's good (say 20-23), then you're doing fine.
At your age, go ahead and burn as many as you like. Don't feel that you need to burn many, don't push yourself to burn what someone else who doesn't know you says you should. If your exercise makes you feel good, if you are healthy, if you eat the right kinds of food (veggies, fruit, lean meat, whole-grain pasta blah blah blah. You know all this), if you are active, you're doing just what you should.
Now, assuming that you largely stay away from high-fat food between now and then (but enjoy the occasional pizza), in a few years, after you're eighteen, and especially after you turn 25 (yup, 25--your brain doesn't stop growing until then and will need all the nutrients it can get), then you can start worrying about what to eat and what to burn.
Until then, have fun.

dont count calories burned, count time doing cardio, exercising.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
