consume a fair breakfast , that will get you going and will scale down starvation later within the day. Watch component sizes , the palm of your hand or a deck of gambling playing cards is a advisor to how so much a component will have to be. use dressings and gravy spareingly. It can support to dip the top of the fork into gravy or salad dressing first , so that you get a little bit of the style . The hyperlinks underneath exhibit a meal plan for a few days and suggests what number of energy. There could also be a collection of alternate lists. An alternate record is solely what it says, for those who dont like something at the record you alternate one other factor you do like. But you change fruit-fruit or carb-carb to preserve matters balanced. well liuck.

take it in moderation. i know what it's like to be an overweight teenager, its and it sucks. try adding some exercise time about 30 minutes a day, it doesnt have to be traditional exercise 30 to 45 minutes of aerobic dancing is just as good, have fun with your exercise. than cut down on your junk food intake. dont cut it out all together just cut down on it. eat lots of fruit and veggies. and before every meal drink a glass of water. take everything in moderation and dont think of it as a diet but as a lifestyle, a way to get healthy and stay healthy. also dont try to lose a lot of weight very quickly you should only lose upto 5 pounds a week anything more than that is not healthy. just have fun with it and dont cut out the food that you love because you will be setting yourself up to fail at losing weight just cut down, eat it in moderation. also have your family behind you in it, get them to eat the same food that you do, it helps so much to have someone doing it right along with you, you shouldnt have to do this alone. Good Luck. i know that you can do it, i did, i lost the weight and have kept it off. i know that you can too, i have faith in you.

first you should need to know how many calories you should take in a day heres the formula for females: 65.5+ (9.466 x weight in kg) + (1.86 x height in centimeters) - (4.68 x age in years) = average daily calories intake...
exercise 1 hour a day, drink 8 glasses of water or more everyday water has no calories, have a HEALTHY diet plan...
