Let me put it this way. Say you came home and saw your girlfriend sleeping in the same bed as another man. How would you react, what would you think? You would get pissed off and you would assume the worst, of course. "Pretending" to flirt with her. When you say her I'm guesing you mean "your friend". If she is just a friend and you already have a girlfriend...why would you feel the need to flirt with her (the friend) anyhow? You don't flirt with friends, you don't even "pretend" to. Why would she be in your bed? Why did you sleep in the same place? If you got "sleepy" you should have went to your own bed and told her to keep her asss on the couch. Simple as that. The fact that you would rather tell your girlfriend to leave than tell her what you claim to be the truth, just shows how little you care about her. If she has half a brain, she will leave you and get someone that will just be honest. Better yet, she'd get someone that wouldn't "get sleepy and sleep in the same bed with another woman that is "just a friend"".
Grow up.

should've thought about that before you let another girl share the space that's supposed to belong to you and YOUR GF. BUT since you didn't, you're really gonna have a tough time trying to gain your gf's trust again. Rule #1: Friends or not, NO OTHER WOMAN SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN YOUR BEDROOM OTHER THAN THE WOMAN YOU SHARE IT WITH. I'm sure you have a couch or a floor. so there's no reason why she couldn't have "fallen asleep" there. if you both were really that exhausted, she should've been asked to leave or volunteered to leave. You're just gonna have to eat the s*** sandwich and try talking to your gf and explain what really happened. she will be mad at you and may never want you to see your "friend" again. i hope you learn the boundaries in dating from all of this, if in fact you are telling truth.

I'm a tomboy and have similar problem with my past boyfriends. My advice to you since your not good at talking is to write an e-mail or a letter this way you get to say everything that you have to say uninterrupted. If you feel you still need to talk wait a couple of days so both of you have a chance to calm down. She may just be jealous that another girl is that close to you even if it's not in the same way.

you tell her just like you told me now whether she believe you are not is a different story. First of all I would of been upset the whole ordeal look suspicious. If you really care for your gf do not ever put yourself in that position to have her ? if you are cheating you should of informed your gf of this visit and included her. Yes you known her since 14 but if there are any feelings anyone in a relationship should not allow themeselves to be in that position. SO talk to your gf and get an understanding she deserves that.

sounds fishy to me! Why were you in the same bed? if you are sleepy tell your friend that she needs to go home or if she is too tired to drive then let her sleep on the couch. With what you told your gf im suprised you even still have one! Tell her the truth but even that might not help i mean come on the same bed??? thats a bit weak.

Just sit her down for a quiet adult talk. Tell her eveything you wrote. If you don't know how, show her this letter. I believe you. But you really made the mistake when you told her to leave. And you should never flirt with other girls! C'mon! Grow up!

Well, you have to understand that your girlfriend saw another woman in bed with her man. Even though your clothes were still on, she saw you with another girl.
Tell her the truth. Tell her exactly what happened from beginning to end. You leave nothing out!!!!!!
If your girlfriend, still doesn't believe you, then you have your female friend tell her what happened. I really do hope that things work out for the best for you and your girlfriend.

As a girl, I would be hurt too. You can explain that nothing happened sexually, but you need to quit doing that. It's not right because it hurts your gf. And she deserves to have her wishes respected when they are reasonable, and this would be an example of that.

Okay, when you are in a relationship, it is never okay to sleep with somebody with the opposite sex even if you are really just sleeping. It is disrespectful to the other person and obviously she is not going to trust you. You screwed up.

tell her over the phone, through an email or over Myspace... but can you really blaim her for thinking that?! You would think the same if you came home and she was in bed with another guy!
